FULLY CATERED SERVICE
Our team will arrive approximately 2 hours before service, allowing plenty of time to set up. Once service begins our chefs and service staff, dressed in stylish white uniforms and butchers aprons, will begin carving the meat and serving your guests. Once service is over our team will pack away, all refuse is cleared away discretely and taken off site, leaving you to enjoy the rest of the party

CANAPES
Mini Melton Mowbray pork pies topped with caramelised onion chutney, ploughman’s pickle and apple
Mini bread bites topped with Wensleydale cheese and carrot chutney (V), smoked salmon and cream cheese, prawn and avocado and deli-style pastrami
Antipasti skewers - Halkidiki olives, sun dried tomatoes and mozzarella (V)
Sticky chicken kebabs - succulent chicken pieces marinated in soy and sake glaze

Slow roasted free range Cheshire reared pig served three ways as standard:
Carved straight from the hog, sticky BBQ pulled pork and shredded with sage & onion stock
Fresh, floured bread rolls
Freshly made apple & cider sauce
Homemade sage & onion stuffing
Golden, crispy crackling

Slow roasted lamb with mint sauce and rich gravy
Free-range turkey with cranberry and sage & onion stuffing
