Our Wedding hog roast and mixed meat roast tastes amazing and our wide range of menus provides for all tastes, not just meat lovers but vegetarians, gluten free and other dietary needs. The Flaming Hog will do everything to make your day perfect, our team are highly professional and extremely dedicated, ensuring your Wedding day catering is flawless and every guest is thoroughly satisfied with the food and the 5 star service given. We meet all our Wedding clients at their Wedding venue before the big day, giving you time to ask questions, run through set up and confirm the finer details giving you peace of mind. The Flaming Hog provide fabulous wedding catering, we really are a catering company at the top of our game. FULLY CATERED SERVICE
Our team will arrive 2-3 hours before service, allowing plenty of time to set up. Once service begins our chefs and service staff, dressed in stylish white uniforms and butchers aprons, will begin carving the meat and serving your guests. Once service is over our team will pack away, all refuse is cleared away discretely and taken off site, leaving you to enjoy the rest of the party.

Whilst your photographs are being taken or your guests are arriving our experienced team will discretely mingle and offer a delicious range of canapés.
Mini Melton Mowbray pork pies topped with caramelized onion chutney, ploughman’s pickle and Bramley apple chutney.
Mini bread bites topped with Wensleydale cheese and carrot chutney, smoked salmon and cream cheese, prawn and avocado and New York deli-style pastrami.
Mini wraps in 4 varieties - Hoisin duck, chicken fajita, Mexican three bean and chicken Ceasar salad.
Batons of fresh celery, cucumber, carrot and red pepper, served with hummus for dipping.
JUST THE HOG
Slow roasted free range Cheshire reared pig, served three ways : Carved straight from the hog, pulled with Tennessee sticky BBQ and shredded with sage & onion stock (with or without head).
Fresh, floured bread rolls (gluten free option).
Freshly made apple & cider sauce.
Homemade sage & onion stuffing.
Golden, crispy crackling.

Slow Roasted Lamb with Mint Sauce, Chicken, Turkey with Cranberry Sauce and Stuffing, Beef with Horseradish and Mustard, Honey Roast Gammon, Organic Pork - Carved to order.
Jacket potatoes with homemade Chilli and grated Cheshire Cheese.
Halloumi and Portobello Mushroom with Sweet Chilli Sauce.
Jacket potatoes - topped with pulled pork or served with English butter and grated Cheshire cheese (V option).
Traditional coleslaw (V).
Tomato and mozzarella salad - sweet Italian tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella, dressed with torn basil, olive oil and cracked black pepper (V).
Pesto pasta salad - fresh fusilli pesto infused pasta with pine nuts and grated parmesan (V).
Greek salad - chunky diced tomatoes and cucumbers, sliced red onion, feta cheese
and pitted Greek olives, dressed with olive oil, salt, pepper and fresh oregano leaves (V).
Green pea and mint salad - fresh garden peas with crème fraîche and freshly chopped mint leaves (V).
LATE NIGHT SNACK
High quality, free range Bacon and Sausage on fresh white rolls with optional red/brown sausage and English mustard.
Vegetarian options also available.

SET UP & BOOKING
We require a 3x3m space with easy access, no stairs or tight bends as our machinery is extremely heavy. We are fully equipped and require no kitchen facilities. We cook with gas and do not require any electricity. Should we need electric (for late night service) we have our own power generator and lighting. We are always available to meet at your chosen venue to run through set up and answer any questions. To make a booking we require a 25% deposit, which is non-refundable and reserves the date for you, the balance is due two weeks before the date.
