Wedding Catering Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable booking fee of £250 is required to secure your wedding catering date. This fee will be deducted from your final invoice but is not refundable under any circumstances.

The following cancellation terms apply:
 

• Cancellation between 2 and 6 weeks before the event date: 50% of the total catering cost will be payable.

• Cancellation within 2 weeks of the event date: 100% of the total catering cost will be payable.
   

All cancellations must be made in writing. The applicable cancellation charge will be calculated based on the date written notice is received by us.
 

We strongly recommend that you take out wedding insurance to cover unexpected cancellation or postponement.
